By booking or receiving services at NewYou Laser Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations:

• A non-refundable booking deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your service.
   
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
   
• Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee of $50.
   
• No-shows may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
   
• 2. Payments & Refunds
• Payment is due at the time of service.
   
• We accept [list accepted payment methods].
   
• All sales are final. No refunds on services, packages, or retail products.
   
• 3. Health & Safety
• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before treatment.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment may pose health risks.
   
• 4. Minors
• Clients under 18 require parental or guardian consent for services.
   
• 5. Results & Liability
• Individual results vary.
   
• NewYou Laser Studios is not responsible for adverse outcomes if relevant medical or personal information is withheld.
   
• 6. Photo Consent

By receiving services at NewYou Laser Studios, you consent to us taking before-and-after photos for treatment records.
✔️ We will only use these photos for promotional or marketing purposes (social media, website, print) with your written or verbal consent.
✔️ No identifying information (e.g., name, face if unmasked) will be shared without your approval.

You may withdraw consent for marketing use at any time by contacting us.
